  2. Tap on "Profile" in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Tap the "Settings" icon ⚙️
  4. Select "Account Settings"
  5. Tap "Delete Account" (in red text)
  6. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  7. Tap "Confirm Deletion"

Note: This action is irreversible and you will lose all your data.

🤖 Android App:

  1. Open the Ghaseel app on your Android device
  2. Tap on "Profile" in the bottom navigation bar
  3. Tap the "Settings" icon ⚙️
  4. Select "Account Settings"
  5. Tap "Delete Account" (in red text)
  6. Type "DELETE" to confirm
  7. Tap "Confirm Deletion"

Note: Make sure to backup any important data before deletion.

📧 Alternative Method:

If you have trouble deleting your account through the app, you can contact us:

  • Use the in-app chat feature
  • Mention that you want to "permanently delete account"
  • Provide your registered phone number for identity verification

⚠️ What Happens When You Delete Your Account:

  • All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • You will lose access to your order history
  • All pending orders will be cancelled
  • Any digital wallet balance will be forfeited
  • Accumulated reward points will be lost
